Sound Like Your Machine?
Won’t heat / water stays cold
Failed heating elements, thermostats, contactors, or high-limit switches. Cold wash water won’t cut grease — we diagnose the heat circuit and get it back to temperature.
Weak or no spray / poor cleaning
Worn wash pumps, clogged spray manifolds and nozzles, or a gunked-up pump intake. We restore full spray pressure so parts come out clean the first time.
Turntable won’t rotate
Turntable drive motors, gearboxes, bearings, and drive chains or belts. We rebuild the rotation system so parts get even coverage in the wash cabinet.
Leaking from the cabinet or door
Worn door seals, tank leaks, and failed drain valves or plumbing fittings. We trace leaks to the source and reseal so solution stays where it belongs.
Controls dead or timer faults
Control boards, timers, switches, and wiring problems. We troubleshoot the electrical and control system safely, in-shop or on-site at your facility.
Low water level / pump running dry
Float switches, fill valves, and low-water safeties that shut the machine down. We repair the fill and level controls to protect the pump and keep cycles running.
