Returns

All returns must meet the following conditions:

  • Returns must be authorized by our customer service team before being sent back
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
  • Products must be in original condition, including all packaging and materials

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns on electrical components or special order parts
  • Items that have been used, modified, or damaged may not be eligible for return
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part

Online Orders

Some online orders may include additional shipping or handling charges.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery
  • Provide a description of the issue along with photos if possible

We will review the situation and arrange for a replacement or refund if necessary.
