Won’t pick up water / leaving streaks
Usually a worn or torn squeegee blade, a clogged vacuum hose, a failing vacuum motor, or a recovery tank seal that’s lost suction. We restore pickup so floors dry clean and streak-free.
Won’t hold a charge / dies mid-run
Batteries, chargers, and connections are the usual culprits. We test and replace batteries, repair charging systems, and get ride-on and walk-behind runtime back to spec.
Brushes won’t spin or scrub weakly
Brush motors, drive belts, worn brushes or pads, and deck actuators. We rebuild scrub decks so they put full pressure back on the floor.
Not laying down water / clogged solution flow
Clogged solution lines, failed solution valves or pumps, and gunked-up filters starve the brushes. We clear and rebuild the solution system end to end.
Won’t drive or move (ride-on & self-propelled)
Traction motors, drive controllers, throttles, and wiring faults. We diagnose the drive system and get self-propelled and ride-on units rolling again.
Electrical faults or dead controls
Blown fuses, faulty switches, control boards, and wiring problems. We troubleshoot the electrical system safely in-shop or on-site at your facility.
