INDUSTRIAL FAN
REPAIR & MAINTENANCE

MOTORS, DRIVES, BLADES — HANDLED.

H2O Power Equipment repairs industrial and HVLS fans in Denver, Colorado Springs, and across a 300-mile radius. We service MacroAir, Air Movement Solutions, and Hunter units — motors, VFDs and controllers, bearings, blades, and mounting hardware — with most repairs completed on-site at your facility, since HVLS fans are mounted overhead.

Common Problems We Fix

Sound Like Your Fan?

Won’t start or won’t spin up

Motor failures, blown fuses, tripped safeties, and power or control faults. When an HVLS fan won’t turn, we diagnose the motor and drive circuit and get it moving air again.

VFD or controller faults

Variable frequency drives, wall controllers, and control boards throwing error codes. We troubleshoot the drive and controls so the fan runs through its full speed range.

Wobble, vibration, or noise

Loose or damaged blades, worn bearings, and balance issues on large-diameter fans. We correct vibration before it damages the fan or the mount.

Runs slow or won’t reach speed

Motor performance loss, drive tuning, and worn components dragging output down. We restore full RPM so you get the airflow the fan was spec’d for.

Overheating or nuisance shutdowns

Motors cutting out on thermal overload, failing sensors, or ventilation problems. We find why it’s tripping and keep it running through the shift.

Wiring, sensor, or safety faults

Guy-wire and mount hardware, safety cables, sensors, and wiring issues on overhead units. We service the electrical and mounting system safely at height.

Not on the list? If an industrial fan does it, we’ve fixed it. Describe the problem and we’ll take it from there.
