The Mi-T-M HEG-3004-0E2G is a stationary hot water pressure washer engineered around a natural gas or LP-fired heat exchanger — clean-running, electrically powered, and built for permanent installation in wash bays, garages, and industrial cleaning rooms.
The belt-drive triplex piston pump runs on ceramic plungers with a factory-preset unloader, stainless-steel and brass unloader valve, forged brass manifold, and thermal relief valve. Power comes from an open drip-proof 230V/1ph electric motor with manual thermal overload protection. No engine exhaust to vent, no gasoline to store on-site.
Heat is generated by a natural-draft natural gas or LP burner (vapor only) firing through an aspirating-type burner into a 1/2″ Schedule 80 pipe coil heat exchanger, with electronic ignition, standing pilot light, 24V control system, and adjustable thermostat. A 4-gallon polyethylene float tank with in-line screen filter feeds the pump. Pressure switch and over-pressure safety controls protect the system.
Temperature rise: 150°F/66°C above ambient, maximum outlet 200°F — or up to 250°F with the optional steam package.
Includes: 50′ x 3/8″ steel wire-braided high pressure hose with quick connects, adjustable pressure insulated dual lance with trigger gun, and quick-connect spray nozzles (0°, 15°, 25°, 40°, plus fixed detergent). Powder-coated steel frame with removable side panels. ETL-certified US and Canada.
Long list of factory options: K7 flow-actuated unloader, hour meter, time delay shutdown, remote stations, all-stainless frame, elevated float tank, PLC control.
