The Kärcher HDS 3.9/30 EC ST NG is part of the Sechura Series — Kärcher’s natural-gas-heated, belt-driven stationary cabinet pressure washer line built in the U.S.A. for fixed-location industrial cleaning. This configuration delivers 3.9 GPM at 3000 PSI of industrial cleaning power on 460V/3ph electric motor power.
The cabinet design is engineered for serviceability: six lift-out panels with easy-lock fasteners provide easy access to all internal components for maintenance in tight installation locations. A swing-out cast iron burner ring with separate stay-in-place ignition pilot light allows easy access and removal of the burner ring for service. The ‘Stay-Tite’ belt tensioning system uses a torsion bar for precise belt tension on the pump.
The heating coil is made of leak-free, cold-rolled, Schedule 80 steel pipe wrapped with thick foil blanket insulation that keeps cabinet walls cool to the touch — critical in tight installations. Anodized structural rivets and industrial motors deliver U.S.A. build quality. Kärcher pump backed by a 7-year warranty; the unit is ETL certified to CSA safety standards.
