The Hydro Tek SM40004HG is part of the SM Series — Hydro Tek’s compact, value-conscious portable hot water pressure washer engineered for jobs where no electricity is available. The 12V diesel burner system runs entirely off the engine’s charging system.
This configuration delivers 3.5 GPM at 4000 PSI through a direct-drive AR triplex pump driven by a Honda GX390 389cc single-cylinder air-cooled commercial engine with electric start. With a SpiraLast™ coil (lifetime warranty) and 12V burner, the unit heats water quickly and efficiently to blast away grease and grime.
Hydro Tek’s 1-1/4″ heavy-gauge steel frame is durable for rough terrain with integrated handles for maneuverability (ask about a FREE stainless steel frame upgrade). Stainless steel panel, coil housing, and burner cover offer lifetime rust and corrosion resistance. Four airless tires eliminate flats on a jobsite. Lighted rocker switch, adjustable thermostat, and panel-mounted resettable circuit breakers complete the controls.
Fuel tanks: integrated unleaded gasoline tank for the engine, plus heavy-duty roto-molded rust-free diesel tank with fuel filter for the burner.
