The Hydro Tek SS35004VG is part of the SS Series — Hydro Tek’s gas-driven, diesel-heated mobile wash skid built for hot water pressure cleaning at remote sites where no external electricity is available. The 12V charging system on the engine powers the diesel-fired burner for continuous hot water output.
This configuration delivers 4.0 GPM at 3500 PSI through a belt-drive General Pump industrial triplex pump driven by a Vanguard 570cc gas engine with electric key start, oil filter, low oil shutdown, and cast iron cylinder for maximum duty and performance.
The 1-1/4″ heavy-gauge Pro-tect-it steel frame with electrostatically applied powder coat finish can be truck or trailer mounted, fitted with an optional wheel kit, or left as a stationary skid. The compact size allows passage through commercial doorways. Stainless steel panels offer lifetime rust and corrosion resistance. Lighted rocker switch, adjustable thermostat (250°F with steam setting), and recessed control panel prevent damage.
The General Pump pump features concentrically bored ceramic plungers running at low RPM for cooler operation and extended life. EZ Align™ belt tensioning system allows single-bolt belt adjustments. Heavy-duty roto-molded rust-free fuel tank with fuel filter — extended run time up to 8 hours. Flow-activated unloader on higher flow models eliminates pressure spikes when trigger is pulled.
